DEEP ROOTS

Elmer's Products, Inc., is a company rich in history and tradition. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Elmer's has been producing the most well known line of consumer adhesives for more than 60 years.

The company was originally part of the Borden® Company, which introduced the first consumer white glue in 1947. Under the trade name "Cascorez Glue," the glue was packaged in glass bottles with "ice cream pop" type wooden sticks attached with a rubber band. Shortly thereafter, the glue was repositioned under the name "Elmer's Glue-All" after Elmer, the spouse of Borden's famed corporate symbol, Elsie the cow.

Today, Elmer's markets hundreds of products developed with a dedication to quality and innovation. They range from a full line of adhesives, arts, crafts and educational products for children to a complete offering of craft, hobby, office and home repair products for adults.

THE FAMILY TREE

Because of a cultural dedication to innovation and growth, the Elmer's family has grown to include an impressive cross-section of brands. Elmer's brands include Instant Krazy Glue®, X-ACTOT, Bienfang® Boston®, Conte Art Supplies®, Painters®, Ross Glue® and Rapid®. Most recently, Elmer's has acquired Scientific ExplorerT, Giddy UpT and Color LocoT to extend its portfolio even further into children's publishing, arts and crafts, educational toys and licensed products.
